We currently deliver across the entire country, covering metro cities as well as tier-2 and tier-3 towns. Whether you're in a big city or a smaller town, we ensure your Frankwil orders reach you safely and on time.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location. For metro cities, you can expect your order within 2 to 4 business days. For other areas, delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Once your order is placed, we take 1 to 2 working days to process, pack, and dispatch it. As soon as it’s shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional fee of ₹50 may be added to your total.
